In the courts: Man accused of Boots theft last week
Basingstoke Magistrates Court. A man has been accused of stealing more than £300 of goods from Boots last week. Jake Timothy Collingwood Hughes is accused of stealing razors, sunglasses and fragrances from the Chantry Way branch of the department store over two days at the end of April. Police claim that the 30-year-old first took £255 of items on Monday (April 26), before returning the next day and allegedly stealing £55 of items.
