IDABEL, Okla. -- The wife of a man who died while in the custody of McCurtain County Sheriff's deputies in 2022 has filed a federal wrongful death lawsuit against the McCurtain County Board of County Commissioners, Sheriff Kevin Clardy and several deputies and other parties.
