A juvenile is facing charges following a hit-and-run crash in which the juvenile was allegedly driving a stolen vehicle while on drugs in Dartmouth on Friday.
An unlicensed juvenile girl from Fall River is accused of stealing a car, hitting another vehicle and leaving the crash scene, and then crashing the stolen vehicle into a tree.
