Eight David Crockett High seniors will graduate with a state certification for a career option after completing all the requirements to become a Basic EMT. Yes, the next time you have a medical emergency, it just might be a completely certified EMT right out of high school. No worries about their training, though, because the Basic EMT courses are the same taught at Northeast State Community College. The eight seniors are also enrolled at Northeast State.
