Rockefeller Group purchased the 55 Paradise Lane development site for $32 million in 2020.
The buildings total 135,000 square feet on a combined 10.45 acres.
The 10,000-square-foot building is on 1 acre.
The plan calls for developing a total of 401,000 square feet of warehouse and distribution space.
