While sharing a bottle of wine a few years back, Franziska Trautmann and Max Steitz commiserated about how much glass was ending up in New Orleans’ landfills. âI used to go fishing quite a bit down in Delacroix area. Me and my buddy would go out in a flat boat,â he says.
