The red tide organism continues to linger around southwestern Florida, but there was continued good news for Pinellas County.
Red Tide has remained in Southwest Florida as of Wednesday and there are reports of fish kills likely caused by red tide.
Lower amounts of red tide were reported this week, but the toxin is still being found along beaches in Pinellas, Manatee and Sarasota counties.
