Man's 2014 shooting death remains unsolved, reward offered Seven years after an East Side man was fatally shot while smoking outside his home, Central Ohio Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information leading to an arrest in the case. Around 10:45 p.m. on May 8, 2014, Keith Marsh, 22, went outside his apartment on the 200 block of Mayfair Boulevard to smoke a cigarette.  While he was outside, Marsh was approached by a person or people and was shot multiple times.
