Dec. 7 meeting KEY ACTION Appointed Will Bellinger to fill the unexpired term of council member Megan Gettan, who resigned in November. The term expires Dec. 31, 2021. Discussion: Mayor Rebecca Hubble administered the oath of office to Bellinger. There were three applications for the vacant council seat. In another matter, Mayor Hubble said she appreciates the residents and businesses for stepping up during a rough year.
