Update on flooding in notorious Sugar Creek problem spot
Monday’s heavy rains across the Kansas City area did not cause any flooding on U.S. 24 Highway at Northern Boulevard in Sugar Creek, Missouri, in part because the city cleaned out an underground culvert which it says had been clogged for years.
