Human Trafficking rehab facility coming to Loudonville
Jim Brewer Correspondent LOUDONVILLE A rehabilitation facility in Loudonville will start treating victims of human sex trafficking on Jan. 11, Marlene Carson, representative of the U.S. Advisory Council on Human Trafficking, announced. A victim of trafficking, Carson created the state organization Rahab Tidal Wave, in Columbus a few years ago, with the goal of protecting and rehabilitating trafficking victims.
