Hundreds of people attended the 2021 Santos GLNG Mayor s Charity Ball on Saturday night to support a great cause.
The event brings the community together to raise funds for local community beneficiaries.
This year s beneficiaries included Gladstone Mindcare, Nhulundu Health Service, Roseberry Queensland and Zonta Club of Gladstone.
Guests enjoyed the food and drinks under a starry night sky, this year s theme for the ball.
Held biennially, the Mayor s Charity Ball has raised nearly $400,000 for local charities and organisations since 2013.

Charity Ball gives back to Mackay kids with heart defects

Maria Martin knew life was going to be difficult with her beautiful baby girl even while she was still in utero.
The Mackay mum had to temporarily relocate to Brisbane during pregnancy for a specialist medical team to closely monitored her when her daughter Stella had severe narrowing of the aorta.
But three years later, the mother-daughter duo are celebrating in yellow as they mark 12 months free of surgeries with a meet-and-greet and concert with the Wiggles.
She s had three open heart surgeries in three years, Ms Martin said.
It s been a really tough journey and she s got developmental milestones. ....
