These are the masterminds of document 15. There were one group of Art Collective as legendary in indonesia. It was conceived more than 20 years ago in the capital jakarta. Not long after so ottos dictatorship ended. The country was reeling. Rewan group, a wanted to try something new, to Network Artists and Foster Mutual support.
