Oil’s rally stalled on the New York Mercantile Exchange, with West Texas Intermediate dipping 21 cents or 0.4 percent to close at $46.57 a barrel Friday. Prices still posted a gain from $45.76 at Monday’s close. The posted price closed the week at $43 per barrel.
