That a lot of new yorkers pay over 50%, all the money they make, the government on one level or another, infrastructure in the city is horrific. and here we got an example of something that should be so avoidable that just wasn t. i don t know. i grew up in new york. we had a pretty good public transit. of course that was when government was much smaller and focused on fewer things. this is one of the things government is supposed to do in cities. maybe if government focused on actual core services, and didn t have insane rules and regulations to make it impossible to ever build another subway line or do that kind of thing, maybe different requirements for hiring people and you know how hard it is to fire people that aren t doing a good job driving these trains. it s a terrible thing. it is tragic. we don t know definitively whether it was human error or mechanical. we know there s technology ....

Abilities as opposed to the specialists who get paid for their mechanical, you know, expertise, you shift fewer doctors into primary care. if s. obamacare making the problem worse or is it just or it would have happened anyway? you now have 30 million potential new people looking for insurance, so obviously it s the increased number that will put an additional strain. you have to remember look all physicians would like every single person to have health insurance. we don t want people to die without healthcare or to go broke, but the issue is it s definitely going to put a strain because we have a shortage already. unless you are going to create more physicians and, you know, it takes seven years to grow a doctor, okay. they can t take them off a shelf. is it possible does it make sense or are we structure our medical delivery and maybe train more physicians assistants so that we don t have doctors doing some tasks that perhaps could be done with people little less ....
