Both questionnaires were sent by email to the relevant psychiatric centers in early January 2020. Centers that failed to reply after 6 weeks were sent a second email and were contacted by telephone to ascertain if they had received the questionnaires. After 4 more weeks, centers that had not responded were phoned again, to repeat the request for information.
