The bottles sold out in short order but it is available for tasting by the glass starting Friday 2-7 p.m. and if still available Saturday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sunday noon to 4 p.m. 
It was created from a blend of two distinct blue corns, an organic strain of indigo developed in Kentucky and a landrace blue variety from Oaxaca, Mexico. The flavor profile is caramel, chocolate and vanilla flavors and a signature note of blue corn tortillas. It was bottled at 100 proof to preserve the flavor and mouthfeel that has a finish of toast and oak. More bottles will be available some months down the line. ....
