Picross S Genesis & Master System Edition launches on Switch next week Picross S Genesis & Master System Edition, the latest  Picross title from expert developer Jupiter, is set to release worldwide on August 5. The game promises 480 nonograms for a generous $9.99 entry fee. Featured game modes include the usual suspects, standard Picross and Mega Picross, as well as Clip Picross and Color Picross. The puzzles in  Picross S Genesis & Master System Edition will be based on classic Sega games from the 16-bit era. A total of 59 games will be represented, including Alex Kidd,

8 The sixth romp through Jupiter’s Picross series is stout yet stagnant. I feel like a broken record when it comes to the Picross S games. At this point, this is my fourth review of the series on Switch and the bi-annual releases are well-made but have reached a plateau. The latest release, Picross S6, doesn’t add anything new aside from fresh puzzles. It’s welcome to get a full blast of nonograms to play, but the entries are all blurring together.
