A new running group is coming to Helston designed to give mums some much needed 'me time' while getting exercise. This Mum Runs (TMR) was started in Bristol in 2014 but has expanded with groups all over the country. Although initially set up by one mum joined by others, it's open to all women of any age. Now Porthleven mayor Bev Plunkett has been appointed a community leader for a group coming to Helston later this year.
