Every three months, the bank will award five $5,000 grants to nonprofits in a designated area.

Six organizations that support entrepreneurship and innovation in the Downeast region have received a total of $60,000 through the Maine Community Foundation’s (MaineCF) Downeast Innovation grant program. Three additional organizations were awarded a total of $18,000 by donors with advised funds at MaineCF.
