Three old college friends are preparing to apply for a New York state license to sell recreational marijuana in the Bronx: A former flight attendant and dental hygienist who is now a doctor of Chinese medicine; a successful businessman, and a man who spent years in prison on charges of selling marijuana. They plan to market their dispensary as a grass-roots, community-oriented business.
