Milton Publix will anchor shopping center in city of Milton
The city of Milton soon will have its own Publix store. The developers of the property, Atlanta-based Branch Properties and Merganser Enterprises LLC, are set to soon break ground on the shopping center known as Merganser Commons at Dogwood Estates. The project is slated to be complete by April 2022.
