is pleased to announce the appointment of Marc Wilson as Group Finance Director with effect from 1 July 2021.
 
Following Karen Prior s request
to relinquish the role of Group Finance Director
a succession planning exercise was undertaken during 2020. The Nomination Committee unanimously approved the selection of Marc Wilson as Group Finance Director and recommended his appointment to the Board with effect from 1 July 2021.
Karen will remain as an Executive Director of the Group responsible for Corporate Social Responsibility and as Company Secretary.
 
Marc has been part of Anpario s multi-faceted internal development programme and has worked closely with Karen and the Board on matters of strategic finance for the Group in recent years.  ....
