Deputies say Brian Kolb crashed a state-owned SUV on News Year's Eve back in 2019. The crash happened on County Road 41 near his home in Victor. Deputies charged Kolb with DWI and making an unsafe turn. Kolb, a former top Republican in the New York State Assembly, admitted to drinking four or five cocktails at the Erie Grill in Pittsford, according to court documents. Preston Pierce CANANDAIGUA -- The Peanut Line is no more. It has been gone since 1972 and reminders are increasingly hard to find. The only obvious reminder of that old rail line in the town of Canandaigua is the Peanut Line Trail donated by Jim Judkins in 2008. That short trail connects County Road 30 and the Cooley Road.
