US - Waupaca sells Pennsylvania foundry to molded parts maker Victaulic, based in Pennsylvania, says it intends to produce more and larger components at the acquired facility. Easton, Pennsylvania-based Victaulic says it has acquired an iron foundry in Lawrenceville, Pennsylvania, from Wisconsin-based Waupaca Foundry Inc.
