Kids collided yesterday on collided head on yesterday afternoon sending the smaller bus into a ditch. 13 elementary school students and one of the bus drivers were hurt. but their injuries were not severe. witnesses say one of the buses ran a stop sign. no relief from days of heavy rain all along the gulf today. the slow-moving storm triggered flash floods in the west and central texas on monday. several inches of rain fell in lubbock, turning roads to rivers. police were called out to rescue several drivers whose cars stalled when they tried to drive through water that was deeper than they expected. that can be treacherous. today the gulf states are still in the crosshairs of that rain but it stretches beyond that area too. accuweather meteorologist justin povick has the details on the trouble ahead. justin, good morning. reena and ryan, thanks and good morning. another wet start to the day, another wet finish to the day over the south plains and the gulf coast states with l ....
