Allen Iverson's stepfather indicted on federal drug charges
The Virginian-Pilot NORFOLK Allen Iverson’s stepfather has been indicted on federal drug distribution charges. Michael Andre Freeman, 51, of Newport News, was scheduled to appear in U.S. District Court Friday morning for a bond hearing, but the case was postponed by a week to give Freeman time to hire an attorney.Freeman initially was arrested by Newport News police in April after police found crack cocaine in his car during a traffic stop, according to court records.Those charges were dropped this week in favor of . . .
