Dec 16, 2020 LISBON — Jesse S. McVey, 20, Center Avenue, Lisbon, pleaded guilty in Common Pleas Court to burglary, a second-degree felony, and grand theft of a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony. He faces up to $20,000 in fines and a nine and a half-year prison term. Sentencing is set for March 5.
