Michael Codianne has been appointed Director of Operations at Max Beach Resort in Daytona Beach
Codianne has spent nearly three decades in the hospitality industry at fine-dining establishments and four-star properties. Most recently, he was Director of Operations at the Daytona Beach Resort & Conference Center, which is one of the leading meeting hotels in the area. Prior to this, he was Food & Beverage Manager at the oceanfront, four-star Hammock Beach Resort, as well as at the Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa - the largest full-service resort on Florida's Gulf Coast.
