View Comments NEW BRUNSWICK - A state appeals court has overturned the conviction of Timothy Puskas in the 2014 murder of former Rutgers University student William McCaw, saying a Superior Court judge erred by allowing the jury to hear a recorded conversation between Puskas and a tenant, who died before the trial of a drug overdose.
