A man is facing charges, accused of waiting days before calling the paramedics after his 80-year-old mother fell and later died in Colerain Township, according to the Hamilton County Prosecutor's Office.
Police said a Colerain Township man let his 80-year-old mother lay on the ground for 10 days without care after she fell out of a chair, which ultimately led to her death.
Michael Gamel, 47, of Trenton was indicted Thursday on charges of involuntary manslaughter and failing to provide for a functionally impaired person.
