BELLEVILLE — A Carbondale nail salon is accused of failing to properly clean its equipment, which allegedly led to a woman's infection after receiving a manicure.  Kathena Clemons filed a complaint April 27 in the St. Clair County Circuit Court against La Nail Spa LLC, alleging premises liability and negligence.  Clemons claims in her suit that she was at La Nail & Spa on East Main Street in Carbondale on July 10, 2020, to receive a manicure.
