Punch Newspapers Sections Civil Servants in Benue State are to celebrate Christmas without salary. Giving the reason for nonpayment of December salary to its civil servants, the State Commissioner for Information Culture and Tourism, Mrs Ngunan Adingi, said the government’s accounts have been garnished following court orders.
