A Hazard man is facing numerous charges after an incident last week in which he allegedly fled from police and endangered bystanders, including a former Perry District Court judge. According to court documents, on April 8, Kentucky State Police Trooper Patrick Bailey observed a 2011 Chevrolet Impala on Ky. 80 in which the driver was not wearing his seatbelt.
