December 14, 2020 Choun Moody, age 49, of Leesville, was arrested by Agents with the Vernon Parish Narcotics Task Force. Agents charged Moody with one count of Possession of Cocaine and one count of Turn signals required. Bond was set at $15,635.00. Moody posted bond and was released. David Oneil, age 40, of Leesville, was arrested on an outstanding Bench Warrant. Bond was set at $3500.00. Oneil remains in the VPSO jail.
