A Eureka man was arrested for suspicion of DWI on May 27 after Eureka Police allegedly found him asleep in the driver’s seat of a SUV that was in the intersection of South Central Avenue and West Main Street.
Eureka Police are investigating the theft of a man’s $4,500 gold chain on May 12 that the victim said was stolen outside of the Walmart department store.
A Eureka woman, who was seen driving onto the parking lot of Central Baptist Church, was arrested May 9 for allegedly driving while intoxicated when officers were called to the area for a welfare check.
