Dunkley of MMA Aviation honored with General Aviation Award Staff Report COSHOCTON - An employee of MMS Aviation was recently among three honored with General Aviation Awards by the Federal Aviation Administration. Michael C. Dunkley of Coshocton was named the Aviation Technician of the Year. Other awards went to Ronald J. Timmermans of Orlando, Florida, for Certified Flight Instructor of the Year and Timothy Magee of Swisher, Iowa, for the FAA Safety Team Representative of the Year.
