Kansas man injured after semi rolls into ditch
BROWN COUNTY—A Kansas man was injured in an accident just before 8a.m. Friday in Brown County.The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2019 International semi driven by Michael J. Palmer, 36, Topeka, was eastbound on Kansas 246 three miles east of Scandia. The truck left the roadway and rolled into the south ditch.EMS transported Palmer Stormont Vail. He was properly restrained, according to the KHP.
