The National Clinical Lead for Paediatric Diabetes, Prof. Michael O’Grady, said he was “delighted to announce the planned return to the service” of Regional Hospital Mullingar’s “incredible” Advanced Nurse Practitioner in Paediatric Diabetes, meaning a full return to services for the clinic.
Hospital management say a skilled and experienced paediatric diabetes nurse will be available from next Monday, to provide short-term support to parents.
