Historic Quebec City site blanketed in life jackets to call attention to refugee crisis
Some 2,000 life jackets now adorn the greystone walls of the Royal Battery in Quebec City, floating up and down with the tide. The exhibition, by Chinese artist and humanitarian activist Ai Weiwei, is on display until October.
