It's a fine arts museum and academic building: CNU's Torggler Center opens with new exhibition
The Torggler Center opened Oct. 31 after about a year and a half of construction and about 10 years of planning. Designed as part museum, part community arts center and part academic building, the $60 million facility houses Christopher Newport University's department of fine art and art history.
