EDC among 5 bidders for geothermal, hydro projects on February 17, 2021 at 9:00 pm Five power generators led by Lopez-led Energy Development Corporation (EDC) have submitted bids to the Department of Energy (DOE) in its third Open and Competitive Selection Process (OCSP3), which aims develop renewable energy (RE) projects in the country. The DOE offered a total of 22 pre-determined areas for development, five of them geothermal and 17 hydropower.
