South Street shooting: Two people to be charged in connection to mass shooting in Philly; victims identified
Two people are in police custody and facing charging in the mass shooting on South Street in Philadelphia, District Attorney Larry Krasner says. The shooting on Saturday night killed three people and wounded 11 others. Kristopher Minners, Alexis Quinn and Gregory 'Japan' Jackson were each killed. Minners was a resident advisor at Girard College. Jackson was a boxer who coached children.
