High Plains Bank closes on parcel for new Longmont location – BizWest
LONGMONT — Flagler-based High Plains Bank closed Monday on the purchase of a parcel in northwest Longmont, on which it will build its second location in that city. The bank, which had won approval in October from the Colorado Banking Board to add branches in Longmont and Keenesburg, bought the 23,416-square-foot vacant land at 2306 17th Ave., from LRAN Properties LLC for $325,000.
