Due to additional funds from the city’s use tax, Crystal City streets, sidewalks and alleyways will see improvements.
The Crystal City Board of Education on Oct. 17 formalized an agreement with the city of Crystal City for school resource officer services after years of not having such services.
The Crystal City City Council passed an ordinance to designate certain tracks of land as blighted; approved the Airport Road Redevelopment Area Development Plan; approved a redevelopment agreement in connection with the development plan; and authorized the City of enter into a redevelopment agreement and take certain other actions in connection therewith.
Crystal City and Jefferson County have entered into an intergovernmental agreement to use ARPA funds and funds from the Governor’s Transportation Cost Share Program for roads inside city limits.
