VALENTINE — When it comes to Valentine’s Day, members of the Northeast Community College livestock judging team usually have one thing on their mind — cattle.

Three Northeast Community College faculty and staff members were recognized with awards from U.S. Bank during the college’s spring semester in-service last Thursday. Another former adjunct instructor was honored posthumously.
It is not always about winning and losing.
Members of the 2022-23 Northeast Community College Livestock Judging Team opened the season participating in competitions in Kansas and Nebraska recently.
