Scene of the stunning collapse that turned this 12story condo into a smoking pile of rubble, in a matter of only seconds. Within the past hour, the Miamidade County mayor, Daniella Levine cava gave an update on the victims of this tragedy. Listen to this. Our teams have been working, around the clock, as always, to search for survivors. They have not stopped. And today, our searchandrescue teams found another body in the rubble. And, as well, our search has revealed some human remains. The process of identifying these victims is very difficult. We are going to be relying on dna testing, and that is why weve, already, been gathering dna samples from the Family Members. So, they have all participated, and provided dna to assist us in the identification. This allows us to do rapiddna test testing, onsite, for bodies that we find. And, you ....

Is the appropriate sentence. Today former mams Police Officer zerk Derek Chauvin was sentenced to 22 1 2 years in prison for the Nurd R Murder Last May of george floyd. Hes been the prison since april when a jury found him guilty of several charges all for him holding his knee on George Floyds neck until mr. Floyd was deemed up conscious and he died on a minneapolis Street Corner. He was going to receive a theoretical maximum sentence but the theoretical maximum associated with any particularly crime is put up against statebased snepsing guidelines. Considering the fact that mr. Chauvin had no criminal history, the Minnesota State guidelines for a sneps in this case actually recommended a sort of presumptive sentence of about 12 1 2 years. Judges can depart from those Sentencing Guidelines and in particularly they can depart upward if there are aggravating faeblgts that make the crime worse than that source of base level offense. Steve mike, officials here insist that this is still a Search And Rescue operation. They say under ground they are hearing a banging. They are not sure its human but they expect to continue the search all night long. Surveillance video shows the collapse of parts of a Condominium Tower at 1 30 a. M. Thursday while most residents were asleep. The most basic questions how many are dead, what caused the collapse, remain unanswered. This is beyond crazy, you know, this doesnt happen in first world countries. Billings just dont fall down like this. So this is inexplicable.
