They are not sure its human but they expect to continue the search all night long. Surveillance video shows the collapse of parts of a Condominium Tower at 1 30 a. M. Thursday while most residents were asleep. The most basic questions how many are dead, what caused the collapse, remain unanswered. This is beyond crazy, you know, this doesnt happen in first world countries. Billings just dont fall down like this. So this is inexplicable. We just dont have any answers right now but we will get them. We will find out what happened. Out of 136 units, 55 are gone. Flattened into a pile of rubble three stories high. Rescue workers from surfside and nearby towns rushed to the scene risking their own lives in a partially collapsed building to save others. Among the 36 people pulled to safety overnight was a boy who called out to a man walking his dog dont leave me alone. He was screaming and saying can you see me . He was sticking his arm out of the rubble. And so thats how we saw him. We saw his fingers wiggling. So, you know, we i let him know that we were here and he was just screaming dont leave me.
