Miles Rivers Partners LLC applied to the city to build Crossroads Distribution Center Building 300 at a construction cost of more than $5.17 million. Through Crossjax Distribution II LLC, Miles Rivers intends to develop the 235,200-square-foot center at 6590 Pritchard Road in the Crossroads Distribution Center. The warehouse is planned at southeast Pritchard Road and Interstate 295. The site is in Northwest Jacksonville.
