The program aims to supplement meals for children enrolled in CDCs and ECCDs, aligning with RA Number 11037. The city will source milk from local dairy cooperatives, and the DSWD will oversee program execution, ensuring 120 days of twice-daily milk feeding. The LGU will also provide support for timely delivery and program administration.
